Account Registration & Management

4.1 Registration

To access the Services, you must register a single Account by completing the registration process and providing accurate, complete and current personal information. You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and any other information requested during the registration process.

4.2 One Account Per User

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Opening or operating multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, cb777d reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, forfeit any bonus winnings derived from duplicate Accounts and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

Deposits & Payment Methods

• cb777d is not responsible for the accuracy of odds set by third-party odds providers. Palpable errors in odds (i.e., obviously incorrect pricing due to a clerical or technical error) will result in void settlement of affected bets at cb777d's sole discretion.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the cb777d platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all Account balances and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using the platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is unlawful.
• Opening or using more than one Account (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or misconfigured odds to place bets the platform would not have accepted under normal operating conditions.
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes or share information to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other player-vs-player formats.

Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for their own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Termination & Account Closure

14.1 Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (exclusive of non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements.

14.2 Closure by cb777d

cb777d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence.
